Job summary

AECOM Advisory is seeking a dynamic Consultant to support our growing global Advisory business line. The role involves defining, leading and managing multiple tasks within engagements, applying solution frameworks and leveraging AI tools for analyses.

You will conduct stakeholder interviews, build financial models in Excel, and produce executive-ready decks to communicate data-driven insights. Opportunities include business development, frameworks development, and crafting AECOM Advisory’s value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education.
• 2+ years of management consulting or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, lead and manage multiple tasks within a workstream as part of a larger engagement.
• Apply frameworks to deconstruct client problems and build data-driven insights.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, including with C-suite and senior management.
• Build and review Excel models (DCF, CBA, EBITDA, NPV, IRR, CAGR) for investments.
• Create executive-ready decks and synthesize inputs into clear insights across formats.
