Job summary

Corning Inc. in North Carolina is seeking a Customer Education Marketing Specialist to develop and execute education programs for In-Building, Data Center, and Carrier markets. You will coordinate content creation, scheduling, and promotions to support USCAN strategy.

The role requires experience in marketing, event planning, and training delivery, with a cross-regional mindset to harmonize content and processes across regions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Marketing, Communications, or equivalent degree required.
• 2–4 years in marketing, communications, event planning or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering live and/or virtual training programs.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools and event platforms (Cvent preferred).

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain customer training programs aligned with global marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Channel/Regional Marketing, Sales Engineers and Product Managers to identify education needs.
• Plan and manage live and virtual training events for In-Building Network, Data Center and Carrier markets.
• Design and develop training content and curriculum with subject matter experts.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to run live education classes nationwide.
• Build and maintain training content, program databases, and event reports.
