Corning Incorporated in the United States seeks a Global Marketing Customer Education & Programs Specialist to deliver best-in-class training, raise product awareness, and build brand loyalty across global customers and program members.

You will develop and maintain courses, work with SMEs and vendors to incorporate expert knowledge, and design both instructor-led and online training solutions to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent in a technical field with 2–4 years in a technical/telecommunications setting.
• Experience with instruction or training coordination and/or delivery preferred.
• Desire to work with and learn software and cloud applications.
• Technical writing ability with clear presentation of detailed concepts.

Responsibilities

• Update and create training content and materials per stakeholder directives.
• Analyze training requests and define objectives and scope to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with SMEs, vendors, and internal groups to integrate knowledge into curricula.
• Evaluate existing training materials and update curricula as needed.
