UNITED GRINDING North America, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to handle calls and emails from customers and internal staff regarding order status, product information, pricing, and accounts.

You will use SAP to route shipping invoices and control documents and maintain records for insurance purposes, while coordinating with European colleagues and brokers. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 2–3 years related experience, strong typing and MS Office skills,

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED and 2-3 years related experience.
• Basic to intermediate typing and computer skills (Microsoft Office, data processing).
• Experience in customer relations with professional written and verbal communication.
• Basic to intermediate math and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to follow standard written and verbal instructions (bills of materials, shipping documents).
• Basic knowledge of inventory management techniques.
• Ability to read drawings and prints.
• Knowledge of customs and international shipping procedures is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Receives calls and emails from customers and internal employees to answer inquiries about order status, product information, pricing, and accounts.
• Utilizes SAP to route shipping invoices and controlled documents and maintains records.
• Filing, typing, and performing standard transactions using the current business system.
• Communicates with European sister-company representatives, brokerage vendors, customs and internal staff.
• Provides vacation relief for other Spare Parts team members.
