GEA Group in the United States is seeking a customer service professional to manage orders from receipt to project closure, enter data in SAP-PEM, and support invoicing and revenue processes. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing, while maintaining accurate records in SAP and Excel.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer service, a related degree, and strong attention to detail with a focus on process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service experience is required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a technical field preferred.
• Experience with global production and sales is a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office (especially Access and Excel), and MRP systems is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Order management & data administration from PO receipt to project closure using SAP-PEM.
• Invoice and financial management including milestone-based invoicing and month-end close support.
• Collaborate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate confirmations.
• Maintain accurate shipment schedules and sales records using SAP and Excel; support continuous improvement efforts.
