Qualifications

• ERP systems experience and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience with Field Service or CRM tools (e.g., MS Field Service, MS CRM).

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and perform non-routine tasks.
• Review, analyze, and cleanse data.
• Create orders for quoted jobs or installations in SAP.
• Submit invoices through vendor portals.
• Maintain customer master data workflows.
• Provide on-site support to service centers as needed.
• Adhere to DOA policy and support a high-impact culture.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers.
