Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for customers, supporting orders and maintaining essential logs. You will work with SAP/ERP-LX to prepare quotes for parts, pumps, and motors, and assist with warranty claims, credits, and export compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in finance and administration, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. This on-site role is based in Tallahassee, FL.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service and financial tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/ERP-LX.

Responsibilities

• Provide first contact customer service support.
• Maintain Quote Log and Production Order Log Tracking Database.
• Provide quotes for Parts, Pumps, Motors.
• Assist with warranty claims and credit memos.
• Process change orders and provide order status updates.
• Support Sales with customer service activities.
• Assist with export compliance tasks and AR collections disputes.
