U.S. Bank is seeking a Global Custody Strategy Manager to own the strategy, commercial roadmap, pricing discipline, and margin management for the Global Custody offering.

The role partners with the Head of Custody for Asset Managers and the Product Office to shape capability development and investment priorities across multiple functions. The role translates client needs, market trends, and financial performance into a prioritized roadmap, pricing framework, and growth plan, driving scalable,

Qualifications

• Management/supervisory experience.
• 10+ years of banking or other relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced credential.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the Global Custody strategy in alignment with Global Investment Services’ priorities.
• Own the custody commercial model with Finance, including revenue growth planning and margin analysis.
• Develop competitive intelligence on peer custodians and pricing approaches.
• Partner with Marketing and leadership to develop client-facing collateral and strategic positioning.
• Own the strategy roadmap in partnership with the Product Office, aligning investment priorities with client needs and financial returns.
