AXA XL is seeking a Global CUO Chief of Staff to act as strategic integrator and execution lead for the GCUO. You will connect global direction with local underwriting execution and coordinate governance, communications, and follow-through across products, regions, and enabling functions.

You will report to the Global Chief Underwriting Officer and partner with senior leaders across AXA XL to drive priority initiatives, manage risks, and ensure timely, evidence-based decisions that advance the

Competenze

• Experience leading business transformation and process improvement in the Commercial Insurance Sector.
• Ability to challenge constructively and bring clarity to ambiguous or complex issues.
• Visualize clear outcomes and strategy, identify gaps and formulate a clear plan of execution to get there.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, presentation, facilitation and influencing skills.
• An excellent track record in delivering tangible results through structured project management, process analysis and continuous improvement (Agile, Lean and Six Sigma).

• Identify priorities and ensure execution of key initiatives across AXA XL Underwriting Community.
• Lead execution and establish operating rhythm; monitor progress, risks and interdependencies.
• Prepare leadership communications and manage stakeholder engagements for the GCUO Office.
