AXA XL is seeking a Global CUO Chief of Staff to act as a strategic integrator for the GCUO, connecting global direction with local underwriting execution and ensuring timely, evidence-based decisions.

Reporting to the Global CUO, the role partners with senior leaders across regions and functions to drive governance, strategy, and operational delivery while managing risks and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business transformation in the Commercial Insurance sector.
• Ability to deliver clear, data‑driven recommendations and executive briefings.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify priorities of the GCUO Office and ensure execution across initiatives.
• Lead and sponsor strategic initiatives with disciplined operating rhythm and clear ownership.
• Define governance roles, responsibilities and ensure accountability across the GCUO Office.
• Prepare leadership communications, briefings and meeting materials for executives.
• Coordinate key stakeholder engagements and maintain cross‑functional alignment across regions.
