Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• CPCU, ACII, or similar designation preferred.
• Proven US Casualty underwriting experience.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work virtually across geographies; ~10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review insurance contract wordings with Legal and Wordings teams.
• Lead underwriting portfolio reviews to identify trends and remediation actions.
• Issue Global Product Standards defining product risk appetite and driving technical excellence.
• Deploy Global Casualty Product strategy, frameworks, and controls across the network.
• Collaborate with Governance, AXA XL Risk Management, and the AXA Group Underwriting Office.
• Support Energy Transition initiatives, analytics, and sustainability reporting.
• Provide expert guidance on portfolio management and profitability insights.
• Coordinate training materials and support delivery of underwriting strategy.
