AXA XL is seeking a Global CUO Chief of Staff to act as the strategic integrator and execution lead for the GCUO. This role connects global direction with local underwriting execution, ensuring governance, communications and follow-through across products, regions and enabling functions.

• Experience leading business transformation and process improvement projects in commercial insurance or related sectors.
• Ability to challenge ambiguities and articulate clear execution plans.
• Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills across senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering tangible results through structured project management and process improvement.
• Experience with governance, portfolio management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Identify GCUO Office priorities and drive execution of strategic initiatives across AXA XL underwriting communities.
• Establish a disciplined operating rhythm with decision forums, action tracking and escalation.
• Partner with finance, actuarial, risk, data and analytics to provide coherent performance insights.
• Prepare leadership communications, briefings and materials for executive audiences.
• Lead planning for Global CUO offsite meetings and ensure clear ownership and follow-through.
