AXA XL in New York is seeking a Chief Strategy Officer to define and drive enterprise strategy, identify growth opportunities, and position AXA XL for success in a dynamic insurance and reinsurance market.

You will partner with the CEO and leadership team to translate insights into actionable initiatives, oversee strategic planning, and report to the board on performance and risk. This is an executive role with broad scope across functions and geographies.

What you'll be doing
