Job summary

Spr Packaging based in Rockwall, Texas, is seeking an experienced Customer Service representative to act as a liaison between U.S. sales representatives and our manufacturing plant in Spain. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of customer service experience.

The ideal candidate will manage order processing, handle customer complaints, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Strong organizational and communication skills are critical. Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Sales Representatives and the manufacturing plant in Spain.
• Assist with order processing and customer complaints.
• Document detailed customer information and provide reports.
• Coordinate resolution of quality questions or issues.
