• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to customers and the sales team.
• Support quality control, sales, and R&D on-site.
• Lead root cause investigations for quality control claims.
• Evaluate packaging equipment setup and performance.
• Collaborate on product development and improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and identify opportunities to improve product compatibility and efficiency.
