Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive CRM experience in luxury, fashion, or prestige brands.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret client data and optimize journeys.
• Strategic planning capability with influence over senior stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and refine a global 360° CRM strategy across regions.
• Develop and manage a global VIP client strategy with Retail, Marketing and Events.
• Guide market CRM strategies to align with global standards.
• Lead retention and prospect conversion initiatives to maximize lifetime value.
• Create thematic CRM campaigns with segmentation and planning.
• Provide Clientelling content and toolkits for Salon Sales Executives.
• Ensure consistency of brand voice across all CRM touchpoints.
• Oversee data governance and database integrity for accuracy and reliability.
• Deliver robust analyses to uncover trends and opportunities; translate insights into actions.
• Lead enhancements and rollouts of the D365 CRM platform worldwide.
