Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM Sales Excellence Lead to define and drive the global lead-to-quote strategy with CRM as the core enabler. You will partner with BU and regional leadership to identify opportunities, translate requirements into product features, and measure outcomes across markets.

You will lead workshops, drive adoption of standardized processes, and ensure business-led architecture to support revenue growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial process design, business analysis, CRM, or sales transformation in large global organizations.
• Experience standardizing commercial processes across multiple units or regions, preferably in Med Device or Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Sales process-excellence strategy and agenda on a common blueprint; standardize core processes and govern local variations.
• Lead end-to-end lead-to-quote process optimization with CRM as the key enabler; collaborate with supporting teams to meet objectives.
• Translate requirements into product features and user stories; partner with regional Product Owners to align global and regional priorities.
• Measure process performance and CRM utilization; monitor adoption and impact, guiding roadmap decisions.
