BD is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management and Governance to lead the strategic planning and governance of CRM technology. This role is pivotal in ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value through strong execution and decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in program management with proven experience in governance and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will oversee program execution across multiple initiatives ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or technology-focused roles.
• Proven experience leading multi-workstream initiatives with complex dependencies.
• Demonstrated experience establishing and owning governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the overarching Revenue Technology strategic roadmap across CRM.
• Lead key decision forums and steering committees.
• Drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
