Job summary

Brenntag North America, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Excellence Project Manager to drive sales strategy execution, CRM adoption, and harmonized processes across the BSP. You will work with Commercial leadership to ensure alignment and measurable improvements in opportunity management and pipelines.

The role requires strong data analysis, cross-cultural communication, and the ability to travel up to 10%. A Bachelor’s degree and experience with CRM Salesforce, Salesforce coaching, and Excel are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems or related field.
• Strong CRM Salesforce skills and data analysis ability.
• Experience in chemical distribution or sales/marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Propose and plan initiatives to achieve commercial excellence in the assigned focus industry organization.
• Develop and maintain market know-how and reporting; benchmark performance.
• Execute initiatives with defined targets to improve commercial and functional excellence.
• Support promotion and adoption of Brenntag Connect CRM platform.
• Improve closing rate through focused Opportunity Pipeline Management and coaching.
