This remote-friendly role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in sales operations or CRM administration, with strong Excel and CRM platform experience (Salesforce/Zoho). English fluency and detail orientation are essential, with BI tools being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Data Analysis, or similar data-centric role.
• Experience supporting a B2B international sales team is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data accuracy for accounts, contacts, and opportunities across international teams.
• Produce weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards for international territories.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and streamline data collection processes.
