Job summary

GoCardless Ltd is seeking a Credit Risk Administrator to join its Internal Operations team. You will own insolvency cases end-to-end across multiple jurisdictions, acting as the main contact for administrators and internal parties involved.

The role combines credit risk, compliance and payments work in a fintech environment, with a hybrid working pattern, probation in the office, and a base salary range of €26,400 to €39,600.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in credit risk, insolvency or financial operations.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams and external parties.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own insolvency cases end-to-end across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with credit control, legal, finance, and customer-facing teams.
• Maintain insolvency tracker and provide updates for month-end close.
• Manage Zendesk tickets for inactive companies and insolvencies.
