The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in facilities management or related fields, with strong vendor and budget management skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, architecture, or related fields.
• Desirable Facilities Management Certification.
• 5+ years of related experience in warehouse, office, or real estate environments with PM, space planning and facilities management.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, and oversee maintenance of properties, facilities, equipment, and systems.
• Ensure building systems (HVAC, fire safety, elevators) function reliably.
• Oversee vendors and contractors; manage KPIs and SLAs.
• Develop and administer operating and capital budgets with Finance.
• Provide regular reports on facility operations and costs to management.
