Job summary

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Jersey City, New Jersey, seeks a Coordinator, Regulatory Affairs to support registrations across US, EU, and Asia for fragrance and cosmetics brands. This full-time role handles ingredient listings, product records, and packaging reviews to ensure compliance and timely market launches.

Candidates should have 0–2+ years in Regulatory Affairs, a science degree, and working knowledge of US, EU, and Southeast Asian cosmetics regulations.

Qualifications

0 to 2+ years in Regulatory Affairs, cosmetics experience preferred
Scientific bachelor’s degree required
Working knowledge of US, EU and SE Asia cosmetic regulations required
Strong organization and communication for cross‑functional teams

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredient listings, registration documents and product records for multiple markets
Monitor ingredient restrictions and track Product Information File completion
Support cosmetovigilance cases and escalate regulatory risks
Coordinate with product, packaging, quality and brand teams on regulatory submissions
