fresh, a global skincare brand within the LVMH Group, headquartered in New York City, seeks a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to support day-to-day regulatory operations and ensure products meet global requirements. You will coordinate submissions under the Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager, assist with packaging/claims compliance, and maintain regulatory records across markets.

The ideal candidate has 0-2+ years in regulatory affairs (cosmetics preferred), knowledge of US/EU/SEA regulations,

Qualifikationen

• 0-2+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs; cosmetics industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of US, EU, and SEA Cosmetic Regulations
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with other relevant non-cosmetic regulations (chemistry, packaging, environment, etc.)
• Strong project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ambition to learn more, and a curious mindset
• Passion for the beauty and skincare industry
• A Sky’s the Limit mentality
• You have advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Cognos, and Adobe
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field
• French and/or Mandarin language (preferred not required)
