Bank of America in San Francisco is seeking a Treasury Sales Officer focused on delivering comprehensive treasury solutions to Global Large Corporate Healthcare clients. You will drive revenue growth across liquidity management, FX, and trade, while coordinating with Corporate Bankers and internal partners to meet client objectives.

The role requires 8+ years in treasury sales, deep product knowledge, and a strong client-first approach.

• Minimum of 8 years Treasury Management Sales experience.
• Willing to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Direct and comprehensive treasury and cash management sales experience.
• Applies expertise in global treasury management products, services and trends.
• Maintains client satisfaction by balancing competing priorities.
• Builds strong relationships and manages risks with clients and teams.
• Demonstrates executive presence and strong communication.
• Proven business development and relationship management with corporate clients.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience with US domestic and global treasury solutions (liquidity, FX, trade).

Mansioni

• Grow treasury revenue across Global Large Corporate Healthcare clients and pharma/healthcare subsectors.
• Partner with Corporate Bankers, Liquidity, Investment, Payments, Receivables, FX, Card, Trade, and Service teams to provide working capital solutions.
• Lead pricing strategy and proposal/presentation development.
• Deliver treasury expertise and thought leadership to clients and internal partners.
• Maintain strong client focus and drive efficiency in treasury operations.
• Develop relationships and share best practices across GPS Sales teams.
• Own special projects to improve efficiency for Bank and clients.
