Flight Centre Travel Group USA in Park Ridge, New Jersey, is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to manage domestic and international travel bookings for busy executives. The role includes a four-week paid training, exposure to contract airfares, and Sabre system proficiency.

Typical hours run 40 per week with five eight-hour shifts, including occasional evening coverage. A focus on exceptional customer service and policy compliance is required.

Formación

• 2+ years of corporate travel management experience.
• Familiar with Sabre GDS for fare calculations, itinerary management and ticket issuance.
• Experience with quality control processes to ensure accuracy of travel bookings.
• Proficiency in ticketing procedures and handling complex itineraries.
• Polished, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers and ensure their needs are met by a trusted team.
• Ensure accurate, timely reservations while following company guidelines.
• Handle PNRS, ticketing, invoicing, and exchanges with accuracy.
• Stay informed about airline rules, tariffs and fare requirements.
• Provide consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
• Inform clients about travel documents and health requirements for destinations.
• Manage rerouting and exchanges for complex international fares.
