Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group USA seeks a Corporate Travel Consultant to arrange domestic and international travel for executives, including air, car, hotel, and ground transport. Four weeks of paid training will boost your Sabre skills and knowledge of corporate policies.

The role supports a high-volume schedule with 40-hour weeks and five 8-hour shifts, delivering proactive, accurate booking services and strong customer care to our business travelers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate travel management experience.
• Familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations, itinerary management, and ticket issuance.
• Quality control processes to ensure accuracy of travel bookings.
• Ticketing procedures and handling complex itinerary changes and exchanges.
• Navigate complex itineraries, international fares, and PNRs to meet client requirements.
• Polished and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to handle multiple urgent tasks simultaneously with efficiency.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.
• Comfortable using travel booking systems and various communication tools.
• Strong technical aptitude to troubleshoot and adapt to new technologies.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers to ensure trusted service.
• Ensure accurate and timely reservations while meeting travelers' needs.
• Adhere to company guidelines for PNRS, profiles, ticketing, invoicing, and accuracy.
• Stay informed about airline rules, tariffs, and fare requirements.
• Provide consultative support and exceptional service throughout booking.
• Inform clients about travel documents and health requirements.
• Handle ticketing, Phase IVs, and exchanges for complex fares.
• Manage rerouting and exchanges to minimize disruption.
