Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant in Houston to arrange domestic and international travel for executives. The role includes four weeks of paid training, with Sabre skills development and ticketing responsibilities.

Expect a 40-hour week with occasional evening shifts, and a strong emphasis on client service and policy adherence. We value consultants who can manage complex itineraries, stay informed on airline rules, and deliver exceptional service to business

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of corporate travel management experience.
• Familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations and ticketing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers to ensure service excellence.
• Ensure accurate and timely reservations and traveler satisfaction.
• Follow company guidelines for PNRS, profiles, ticketing, invoicing, and documentation.
• Stay updated on airline rules, tariffs and fare requirements.
• Provide consultative support and exceptional service throughout the booking process.
• Keep clients informed about travel documents and health requirements.
• Handle ticketing, changes, and exchanges for complex fares.
• Manage rerouting and exchanges to minimize travel disruption.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
