Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group USA is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to arrange domestic and international travel for executives. You will complete a paid four-week training, master contract airfares, and sharpen Sabre skills while delivering exceptional service.

Typical schedule is 40 hours weekly, five 8-hour shifts, with 8:00 AM–6:00 PM MT hours. Join a fast-paced team that values accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate travel management experience.
• Familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations and ticketing.
• Experience with ticketing procedures and handling complex itineraries.
• Strong client-facing communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple urgent tasks efficiently and independently.
• Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills in travel bookings.
• Proficiency with travel booking systems and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers to ensure trusted service.
• Ensure accurate and timely reservations while meeting traveler needs.
• Handle ticketing, invoicing, PNRS maintenance, and profile updates per guidelines.
• Stay informed about airline rules, tariffs, and fare requirements.
• Provide consultative support and exceptional service throughout the booking process.
• Inform clients about travel documents and health requirements.
• Manage complex international fares, rerouting, and exchanges.
• Maintain high-quality client interactions and documentation.
