Job summary

FCM is hiring a Corporate Travel Consultant in Park Ridge, NJ to arrange domestic and complex international travel for busy executives. You’ll start with four weeks of paid training, mastering air, car, hotel and ground transportation bookings, Sabre-based fare calculations, and profile management.

The role demands excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate travel management experience.
• Familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations and ticketing.
• Experience with complex itineraries and international travel.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple urgent tasks and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car and ground bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers to ensure service excellence.
• Ensure accurate reservations and timely completion.
• Handle ticketing, PNRS, invoicing, and profile maintenance per guidelines.
• Stay updated on airline rules, tariffs and fare requirements.
• Provide consultative support and exceptional customer service.
• Inform clients of travel documents and health requirements.
• Manage rerouting and exchanges for complex fares.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
