Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group USA is seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to arrange domestic and complex international travel for executives. You will participate in a four-week paid training to sharpen Sabre skills and learn our airfares and policies.

Our team handles air, car, rail, and ground transportation bookings, ticketing, changes, and PNRS while delivering exceptional service. Expect a 40-hour week with occasional evening shifts, and a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate travel management experience for business travellers.
• In-depth familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations, itinerary management and ticket issuance.
• Experience with quality control processes to ensure booking accuracy and compliance.
• Proficiency in ticketing procedures and scripting for complex itineraries.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple urgent tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot travel issues quickly and independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car and ground transport for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travellers and act as a trusted travel advisor.
• Ensure reservations are accurate and complete on time.
• Follow company guidelines for PNRS, profiles, ticketing and invoicing.
• Stay informed about airline rules, fares and documentation requirements.
• Deliver consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout booking.
• Keep clients updated on travel documents and health requirements.
• Handle ticketing, exchanges and complex international fares.
• Manage rerouting and changes with minimal disruption.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
