Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate travel management experience.
• Familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations and ticket issuance.
• Experience with quality control of travel bookings.
• Proficiency in ticketing procedures and complex itinerary changes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers to ensure trusted travel arrangements.
• Ensure accurate and timely reservations meeting travelers' needs.
• Handle PNRS, tickets, invoicing, and profile maintenance according to guidelines.
• Keep clients informed about travel documents and health requirements.
