Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group USA in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to manage domestic and complex international travel for executives. You will undergo a three-week paid training to sharpen Sabre skills and learn contract airfares.

Responsibilities include air, car, hotel bookings, ticketing, and exceptional customer service. Work hours are 7:00 AM–7:00 PM CT, five 8-hour shifts, with a focus on accuracy and traveler satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate travel management experience.
• Familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations, itinerary management, and ticket issuance.
• Proficiency in ticketing procedures and handling complex itinerary changes.
• Ability to navigate and manipulate complex itineraries, international fares, and PNRs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to support business travelers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers to earn trust in a dedicated Team of Corporate Travel professionals.
• Ensure accurate and timely reservations while meeting travelers' needs.
• Perform PNRS documentation, ticketing, invoicing, and maintain accuracy per company guidelines.
• Stay informed about airline rules, tariffs, and fare requirements to apply correctly.
• Deliver consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
