Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group USA in Denver, CO, is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to arrange domestic and complex international travel for executives. Initial four-week paid training on contract airfares and Sabre skills will be provided.

The role manages air, car, hotel, and ground transportation bookings while delivering exceptional service to business travelers. Typical hours are 8:00 AM–6:00 PM MT, Monday–Friday, with a 40-hour work week and five 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate travel management experience.
• Proficient with Sabre GDS for fare calculations and ticketing.
• Experience with PNRS, ticketing, and itinerary changes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers to ensure their travel needs are met by a trusted team.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations while meeting travelers’ needs.
• Document PNRS, profiles, ticketing, invoicing, and maintain accuracy.
• Stay informed about airline rules, tariffs and fare requirements and apply to travel arrangements.
• Provide consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout booking.
• Inform clients about necessary travel documents and health requirements.
• Handle ticketing, exchanges and complex international fares.
• Manage rerouting and exchanges with minimal travel disruption.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and welcoming work environment.
