FCM is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant in Woburn, MA to coordinate domestic and international travel for executives. You will undergo four weeks of paid training to sharpen Sabre skills and learn contract airfares, with a focus on exceptional service and policy compliance.

Responsibilities include air, car, hotel bookings, ticketing, and managing PNRS while maintaining strong client relationships. The role offers 40-hour weeks and an 8-hour shift pattern, with occasional evening coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate travel management experience.
• In-depth familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations, itinerary management, and ticket issuance.
• Experience with quality control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance of travel bookings.
• Proficiency in ticketing procedures and handling complex itineraries and exchanges.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers to ensure their travel needs are met by a trusted team.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations while meeting travelers' needs.
• Handle PNRS, profiles, ticketing, invoicing, and changes within company guidelines.
• Stay informed about airline rules, tariffs, and fare requirements and apply knowledge to travel arrangements.
• Provide consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
• Keep clients informed about travel documents and health requirements for destinations.
• Manage rerouting and exchanges involving complex international fares.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment.
