Job summary

FCM Travel is hiring a Corporate Travel Consultant in Chicago to arrange domestic and international travel for executives. You’ll train for four weeks, then manage air, car, hotel, and ground transportation bookings while delivering exceptional service. You will work 40 hours, five 8-hour shifts, with occasional evenings.

You need 2+ years in corporate travel with Sabre GDS, ticketing, and complex itinerary changes. A professional, proactive, and customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate travel management experience.
• Familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculation and ticketing.
• Experience with complex itineraries and international travel.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple urgent tasks with efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transport bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers to ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure reservations are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle ticketing, changes, PNRS documentation, and invoicing per guidelines.
• Stay informed on airline rules, tariffs, and fare requirements.
