Job summary

FCM is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant in Chicago, IL to arrange domestic and complex international travel for executives. Training is provided for four weeks, with a focus on airfares and Sabre skills. The role requires handling bookings and delivering exceptional service to business travelers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent experience in corporate travel management.
• Familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations, itinerary management, and ticket issuance.
• Experience with quality control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance of travel bookings.
• Proficiency in ticketing procedures and scripting, handling complex itinerary changes and exchanges.
• Ability to navigate complex itineraries, international fares, and PNRs to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers to ensure they are in the hands of a trusted team.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations.
• Maintain PNRS, profiles, ticketing, invoicing per company guidelines.
