Job summary

FCM is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant in Denver, CO to coordinate domestic and international travel for busy executives. A four-week paid training program will kick off your role, focusing on airfares, Sabre skills, and ticketing.

You’ll join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional travel management and seamless service. Responsibilities include managing air, car, hotel, and ground transportation, while building trusted relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in corporate travel management.
• Familiarity with Sabre GDS for fares, itineraries, and ticketing.
• Experience with quality control of bookings.
• Ability to manage complex international itineraries.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers to ensure their needs are met by our corporate travel team.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations while meeting travelers' requirements.
• Handle ticketing, changes, exchanges, and PNRs in line with company policies.
• Stay updated on airline rules, tariffs, and fare requirements and apply them to bookings.
• Provide consultative support and exceptional service throughout the booking process.
• Keep clients informed about travel documents and health requirements for destinations.
