Job summary

FCM, part of the Flight Centre Travel Group, seeks a Corporate Travel Consultant for remote USA work. You will arrange domestic and international travel for busy executives, handling air, hotel, car, and ground transport with a four-week paid training period to sharpen Sabre skills and policy knowledge.

Expect a 40-hour week, five 8-hour shifts, with occasional evening hours, and a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate travel management experience focusing on business travelers.
• In-depth Sabre GDS knowledge for fare calculations and ticketing.
• Ability to manage complex itineraries and multi-leg bookings with accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and a professional client-facing demeanor.
• Proven capability to handle multiple urgent tasks with quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transport bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers to ensure trusted, high‑quality service.
• Ensure timely reservations and accurate PNRS documentation and profiling.
• Handle ticketing, changes, exchanges for complex international fares.
• Stay informed on airline rules, tariffs, and fare requirements.
• Deliver consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout.
• Inform clients about travel documents and health requirements for destinations.
• Manage rerouting and exchanges to minimize disruption to plans.
