Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to manage domestic and international travel for busy executives. You will handle air, car, hotel and ground transportation bookings, ticketing, and policy adherence, while delivering exceptional customer service from a remote US-based team.

The role includes four weeks of paid training to sharpenSabre skills and learn contracts; typical hours are 40 per week with some evening shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate travel management experience.
• In-depth familiarity with Sabre GDS for fares, itineraries and ticketing.
• Proficiency in ticketing procedures and handling complex itinerary changes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers to ensure needs are met by a trusted team.
• Maintain accurate PNRS, profiles, ticketing, invoicing and documentation per guidelines.
• Inform travelers of travel documents and health requirements; manage changes and exchanges.
