Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate strategy, investment banking, market research, M&A diligence, product planning, business planning, or corporate M&A.
• Undergraduate degree; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in top-tier consulting or M&A advisory preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills with ability to simplify complex situations.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and outcomes with a pragmatic bias.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of business strategies and operating plans driving growth and value.
• Advise senior leadership by framing questions, assessing trends, and clarifying market needs.
• Translate strategy into clear priorities, investment decisions, and measurable initiatives.
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across core segments and ecosystems.
• Build and manage an M&A pipeline with RELX Corporate Finance and Risk M&A teams.
• Lead strategic initiatives around market entry, partnerships, and portfolio prioritization.
• Develop data- and relationship-driven insights on customers, markets, and business models.
• Monitor market trends to assess opportunities, risks, and impact.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
