LexisNexis Risk Solutions seeks a Director of Global M&A, Strategy and Business Development to drive inorganic growth. You will lead acquisition research, quantify synergies, and manage cross-functional diligence with senior leaders across the firm.

The role requires an MBA, strong M&A and analytics background, and proven ability to influence at the C-suite level. Base pay reflects a national US range with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Post-MBA strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking or corporate finance experience (3–5+ years).
• Deep knowledge in market research, analytics, or data science within complex industries.
• Experience with inorganic strategy projects and M&A processes, including valuation analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic projects to identify acquisition opportunities and growth hypotheses.
• Develop and maintain the global acquisition pipeline and target relationships.
• Prepare acquisition cases with revenue synergies and competitive analysis.
• Present findings to senior leadership and manage due diligence workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on path forward.
