Deckers Brands, home of HOKA, seeks a Director, Creative Copywriting to lead global brand voice, storytelling, and narrative systems. You’ll translate strategy into campaigns, product storytelling, and scalable verbal systems, partnering with Creative Directors to align across regions.

You’ll guide a high-performing writers team, drive integrated campaigns, and push AI-enabled workflows. This role requires a deep connection to running culture, cross-functional influence, and delivering language

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years in advertising, brand marketing, or editorial leadership (agency or in-house).
• Portfolio demonstrates strategic insight and culturally relevant storytelling across global touchpoints.

• Define and evolve Deckers Brands' global copy voice and verbal systems.
• Lead global brand campaigns, product storytelling, and editorial standards.
