Deckers Brands seeks a Director, Creative Copywriting for HOKA. You will define the global brand voice, craft product storytelling, and shape narrative systems across consumer touchpoints, collaborating with Creative Directors to align campaigns with strategy.

Joining the Global Brand Creative team, you’ll lead a writers’ group, manage priorities and external partners, and bring a modern, culturally relevant point of view to running and lifestyle storytelling.

Competenze

• 10+ years in advertising, brand marketing, or editorial
• Experience leading a Copy/Editorial function in global or matrixed org
• Portfolio shows strategic insight and world-class writing

• Define and evolve HOKA’s global brand voice and narratives.
• Lead global campaigns and product storytelling initiatives.
