Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Contracts Manager to innovate contracts management support for our North American Stores businesses. You will draft and negotiate contracts, build AI-enhanced templates and processes, and drive risk-aware strategies across a large team.

Responsibilities include developing SOPs, training materials, auditing AI outputs for accuracy and bias, and providing routine legal support across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience using AI for legal research, contract analysis or document review.
• Ability to work proactively, independently, meet deadlines and deliver projects.
• Experience advising business teams on strategy, negotiation and execution of commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-enhanced contract templates, training materials, SOPs for contracting processes, and track metrics.
• Drive AI-enabled solutions across the legal team and supported businesses.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements using AI tools to streamline contract creation, review, and analysis.
• Identify risks/gaps in contracts using AI auditing methodologies; evaluate outputs for accuracy, bias, and compliance, and mitigate risks.
• Provide routine legal support including contract reviews, negotiations, marketing materials review, compliance questions, and new initiatives.
