Job summary

CPG is seeking a Contracts Administrator to build and operate an AI-enabled contract management capability supporting the full lifecycle, from proposal review through execution, administration, and compliance monitoring.

You will work with stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate AI-driven CLM platforms, and ensure FAR/DFARS clauses flow down where required, driving rigorous governance and reusable templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, contract management, procurement, legal studies, finance, information systems, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience reviewing, managing, or administering commercial contracts.
• Ability to interpret contractual terms and identify risk and business impact.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management software and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for an AI-based contract management solution, including intake, review workflows, clause libraries, obligation tracking, and auditability.
• Engage internal stakeholders to define current-state challenges and future-state needs for contract management.
• Research and evaluate AI-enabled CLM platforms and assess alignment with FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Develop evaluation criteria, participate in vendor demonstrations, and recommend a preferred solution.
• Coordinate software selection activities including requirements traceability, scoring, risk, and implementation planning.
• Lead or support platform implementation including configuration, data migration, templates, workflows, and governance.
• Plan and execute testing and validation before deployment; develop SOPs, user guides, and adoption plans.
• Review RFPs and contracts to ensure terms, certifications, and flow-down requirements are addressed.
• Administer active contracts, track obligations, milestones, renewals, and generate reports.
• Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities; propose corrective actions.
