Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Manager, Contracts to oversee a multinational portfolio within the Global PATRIOT program area. You will lead front-end assessment of pursuits, guide proposal development, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and customer specifications.

This role collaborates with Program Management, General Counsel, and cross-functional teams to drive successful performance.

Qualifications

Requires university degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years, or advanced degree with 7+ years.
Experience in DCS and FMS contracting; familiarity with FAR/DFARS.
Proven ability in proposal development and negotiations.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight of multinational portfolio under LADS SBU.
Lead front-end assessment of business pursuits and contract strategy.
Guide contract negotiation, management, and compliance with policies and customer specifications.
Collaborate with Program Management, General Counsel, and cross-functional peers.
Support gate reviews, program management reviews, and risk management activities.
Advise on contractual rights/obligations and regulatory compliance.
Improve contract organization quality, capability, and bench strength.
