Raytheon in Tewksbury, MA is seeking a Principal Specialist, Contracts to manage US Government contracts within the PATRIOT program. You will handle contract formation, change management, invoicing coordination, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, while interfacing with the Office of General Counsel and program leadership.

The role requires strong business acumen, program management experience, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to support program performance and risk

Qualifications

• Experience with US Government contracts under FAR/DFARS.
• Experience in contracts administration, program management, or related fields.
• Ability to analyze complex contracts and negotiate terms.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract management and ensure compliance with policies.
• Analyze RFPs, develop proposals, negotiate terms, and manage contracts through all phases.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and support program reviews.
• Travel 2-4 times per year to meet with customers.
• Advise management on contractual rights and obligations and mitigate risks.
