Job summary

Raytheon Technologies, MAP Program Area, seeks a Director of Contracts to lead a nine-person contracts team responsible for DoW and international Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) contracts within the Global PATRIOT Program Area. You will drive strategy, negotiation, and risk management across complex programs.

You will collaborate with Product Line Lead, Program Managers, Legal, and Estimating to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and deliver contractual outcomes aligned with program objectives.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, with 14+ years preferred.
• MBA or Juris Doctor are desirable qualifications.
• Experience in contract administration, and/or program management, including proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
• Leadership experience within a geographically dispersed team.

Responsibilities

• Support the program in all contract pursuits, proposals, and negotiations.
• Handle all contracts duties resulting in achieving program and business area objectives.
• Take ownership of tough issues and use knowledge of situational dynamics to establish engagement strategy.
• Work across the enterprise to shape opinions of key stakeholders and balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Recognize business and contractual issues in program performance and provide solutions to the program.
