Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Manager, Contracts to oversee contract execution, risk assessment, and negotiations within the Advanced Technology Strategic Business Unit. You will collaborate with portfolio directors, program managers, and supply chain to drive compliant, favorable contracts.

The role requires deep experience in contracts management, FAR/DFARS knowledge, and guiding leadership on complex agreements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• University degree or advanced degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in contracts administration/management, program management, finance, subcontracts or supply chain.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and DoD contracting environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Portfolio Directors, Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Business/Estimating, and Supply Chain to manage contract execution.
• Provide guidance on contractual issues, rights and obligations, and risk mitigation.
• Lead analysis of RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and administration of contracts through close-out.
